To make a return, you must fill out the return form that came with your order, and enclose it together with the products you wish to return. Attach the prepaid return sticker, that came with the order, onto the package. Deliver your return to the courier stated on the return sticker. Remember to take care of your tracking number on the return slip so you can track your return, and always ask for a confirmation of return.
You must use the included, prepaid return sticker to return your order. Returns sent in any other way may not be received or approved.
Returns from non-EU countries* will also need an export document which we can provide for you!

If you chose Klarna as your payment method, we advise you to report your return to Klarna directly. Klarna will pause your invoice until we have processed the return.
